Refund policy

You may return most new, unopened items with safety seal intact within thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund (less original & return shipping cost). If the return is a result of our error, such as you received an incorrect product, then we will also pay the return shipping costs.

Within 30 days from purchase, here’s exactly what to do:

  • Contact the VerVita team by calling 616.453.2306, ext 1 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
  • Provide the invoice number, product name and “best used by” date/lot number.
  • You will receive an authorization number. YOU MUST write this on the outside of the return shipping box or mailing label.
  • Return the bottle(s) along with the original invoice, which was emailed to you, and the return authorization number. It is your obligation to pay return postage. We recommend you opt for tracking and confirmation numbers for verification and efficiency purposes.
  • After you have been given your authorization number, we must receive your return within 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • ***For resellers only: there is a 25% restocking fee for all returned product.***

We will refund your order, excluding original & return shipping costs, as long as all bottles purchased are returned new and unopened (including the plastic seal around the lid) and the above guidelines have been followed. These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality product to other happy customers for years to come. After complying with the steps above, please allow adequate time for shipping, quality control, and communication with credit card companies and banks as you patiently await your refund.

VerVita products purchased from health care professionals (authorized sellers) must be returned to their office or place of purchase. No returns or guarantee is given for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
